Video Tape:
The motivational video is a high-energy, entertaining motivational video of Dr. McCauley Bush speaking to a group of young women. In this video, she shares her experiences as a single mother, challenges with relationships, self-esteem and her struggle to achieve her education.

Side B:
Format: A conversation between two friends (Dr. McCauley Bush and Ms. Patricia James). The dialogue is a warm, friendly, but informative and empowering.
It also presents the most important things that we learned about ourselves from relationships. These things include:
- I don't have to be "in love" to have love in my life
- The choices I make have a lasting effect on my life

Winners Don't Quit Booklet
This booklet guides the user through the entire process of goal attainment. The five steps include the following:
- Goal setting: What is a goal - setting short term, intermediate and long-term goals
- Planning: Developing and implementing a plan; And OF COURSE a back-up plan
- Hard work: the importance and worthwhile expenditure of hard work
- Good Association - the importance of good relationships, creating a positive environment for yourself and being "positive" to and about yourself
- Believing in yourself - the importance and the manifestation of belief in yourself
Resource List
This is a list with an array of internet resources to support women in the attainment of their goals and personal development. This includes support and resources for educational opportunities, help with divorce, abuse, single parenting, etc.
