Pamela McCauley Bush, Ph.D., a nationally recognized motivational speaker, entrepreneur and technologist is the President & CEO of Tech Solutions, Inc. She is also an associate, tenured professor in the Industrial Engineering and Management Systems at the University of Central Florida. Dr. McCauley Bush previously held the position of Martin Luther King, Jr. Visiting Associate Professor of Aeronautics & Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Using the principles in the Winners Don’t Quit Kit, in 1993 Dr. McCauley Bush became the first known African-American woman to earn a Ph.D. in Engineering in the state of Oklahoma.

Dr. McCauley Bush has been described as a role model, leader for our times, truly inspirational woman and a catalyst. While she is appreciative of these accolades, it does not begin to compare to the joy she feels when someone actually realizes that they, too can really make their dreams come true. One of her greatest desires is to "help others realize their true inner potential".
